We think "out of the box" to solve your problem both as a Strategic Consultant or as a Mediator.
As a Strategic Consultant, we develop an overall strategy; litigation is only one part.
We specialize in solving abuses of power, judicial, governmental and political corruption, judicial and sovereign immunity, "fraud upon the court" and complex legal, litigation and oversight problems.
We work primarily "on line" with national and international clients, whose confidentiality is strictly maintained.
As a Mediator, we work with you to identify and resolve the underlying problems causing the conflict.

History

Established in 1974.

Richard I. Fine established the Law Offices of Richard I. Fine & Associates in October, 1974. It changed to a Strategic Consulting firm in 2007. It added Mediation in 2015.
