Initially, owner, Kevin Miller, started out doing roofing with his wife’s uncle and over the years he took over the business aspect of the roofing company. Following this, Kevin used his prior experiences as a base to start his own company, K.A.B. Properties. K.A.B. Properties started as a new construction business and quickly expanded their services to include insurance work, and a lot of storm damage ranging from more than just hail, wind, fire and water. They ensure their clients that they will cover everything in terms of damage. More specifically, they work with insurance companies directly to get their clients the highest paid return. This means that clients don’t pay them directly, in turn reducing their out of pocket fees.
