Tree Trimming & Tree Pruning
Trimming/pruning your trees is the process of removing unnecessary, broken, and damaged limbs throught the tree from bottom to top. This helps keep the tree healthy and strengthen other limbs. This process prevents weak limbs from falling which can damage nearby property structures. Regular trimming is important for proper tree growth to help from falling limbs as a result of wind damage, ice damage, flooding, and insect infestations. (Regular tree trimming, at least every two years, is recommended until the tree is trained to grow correctly and the need to trim becomes less frequent.)

Tree Topping & Tree Rounding
Topping includes: strategically determining the best height of the tree to keep your property safe as well as any other nearby trees. In order to create new growth and to optimize structure and balance, tree topping may be a great option for your needs. Topping, prevents unpredictable growth of limbs that may later become a liability, compromising the safety of surrounding structures.
(topping is best done in the winter season! Topping during the summer can result in the tree going in to shock and dying! Riverbirch, a highly populated species, leak the most sap during the summer months.)

Tree Shaping
Cosmetic tree trimming for a more appealing look to your property. This service is best for younger trees to influence correct growth and structure. We can also contour your trees to your preference.

Tree Removal
Tree removal is an easy job for our experienced staff and professional equipment. When trees are dead, especially if they are larger trees, they can be very dangerous. We provide this service to assist in community development, anyone that may have concerns about a dying tree too close to their home, or for any reason the customer chooses to have a tree completely removed.
(Interesting fact: insurance companies will pay for damage done to your home from a falling tree or limb due to weather damage or acts of god. Although, if the tree was already dead, the insurance company will not pay for it!!!! This is why it is important to remove any dead trees or trees showing signs of rotting within a certain distance of a home or business.)

Stump Removal
After a tree is removed, the stump can be unsightly, inconvenient and a nuisance. (open trunks attract insects)! We use a machine that grinds the stump completely and poison the roots to keep from spontaneous growth of new trees. We then fill the hole with nutrient filled mulch to promote growth of new grass and even levels of the ground.
