Community Hospice & Palliative Care is now accepting hospice patients in 11 new counties including: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam, Suwannee, and Union. This includes the cities of Gainesville, Lake City, Palatka and surrounding communities.
