From market research to recommended updates/repairs, staging, intelligent pricing, marketing, negotiation, and resolving complications, he strives to help his clients realize maximum value from their real estate transactions.

Dan recognizes that his clients deserve excellent service, always placing their interests first. As an on-going student of the industry, he works to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and local market knowledge. He utilizes a consultative and educational style with honesty and straightforwardness. Understanding that the most frequent complaint against real estate agents is the lack of communication, Dan schedules regular communication with his clients so they are always informed and up to date.

Dan serves as the District Director for Fathom Realty- Central Texas Region. He provides training, support, and mentoring to the Fathom agents in the region. He reviews 100% of every agent’s transaction documents for legal compliance. Dan also serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic/Captain/Chaplain for the Blue Volunteer Fire Department and the Worship Team at the First Baptist Church of Lexington.
