Evan K. Romrell, MD

Dr. Romrell is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Utah, followed by his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. Following this education, he moved to Albany, New York to complete a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Romrell chose to pursue a career in medicine as a result of his own experiences as a patient.“I understand intimately the challenges that can arise in cultivating and maintaining health. As a patient, and now a provider, I have come to appreciate the value of evidence-based medicine in delivering safe and effective care. Through individualized application of the evidence, I aim to enable patients to build a meaningful and durable approach to their health.”As a med/peds provider Dr. Romrell enjoys caring for complex patients of all ages. He is also passionate about building a culture that disrupts the current trend in physician burnout. When not at work, Dr. Romrell enjoys getting outside and staying active with his wife and kids.
