Sabrina L. Mitchell, DO

Dr. Sabrina Mitchell was raised, skiing, in Mammoth Lakes, California. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from UCSD and graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her residency was at MSU-Sparrow in Lansing, Michigan. She then headed for sunnier climates, moving to Farmington, New Mexico where she worked in a community health center, opened a private practice and took on the job of Medical Director for Northwest New Mexico Hospice. Dr. Mitchell?s passions are hands-on osteopathic manipulation, palliative and end-of-life care, and non-diet weight management. She is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She has two daughters and enjoys riding her motorcycle, cooking, singing and teaching herself guitar. Her family is really enjoying all the great outdoor activities of the Grand Junction area.
