Seth A. Kareus, MD

Seth Kareus, MD, is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He earned a bachelor's and master's degree in chemistry followed by his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. He then completed his neurology residency at the University of Utah. Subsequently he completed a two year Movement Disorders Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University.

As a movement disorders specialist, Dr. Kareus is dedicated to taking care of Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders. He is passionate about deep brain stimulator surgery and advanced treatment of movement disorders.

Dr. Kareus is an investigator involved in clinical research trials in neurology focusing on headache and movement/neurodegenerative disorders.

When he is not at work, Dr. Kareus enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as hiking, mountain biking and whitewater rafting.
