Logan M. McDaneld, MD

Logan McDaneld, MD, is originally from Louisville, Colorado. He earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Colorado State University, followed by his medical degree from University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. Following his education, he moved to Portland, Oregon to complete a residency in neurology and fellowship in vascular neurology. Dr. McDaneld always loved learning about science in school and wanted to have a career where he could directly help people.

“I believe the health of the physician-patient relationship affects the health of the patient. Active listening, trust-building and partnership with my patient helps nurture our relationship. My job as a physician is to try to understand my patient as a whole so that I can offer individualized education, guidance and evidence-based advice that allows my patient to make important decisions about their health.”

Dr. McDaneld is an investigator involved in clinical research trials in the area of neurology and focuses on vascular neurology and stroke.

As a neurologist, Dr. McDaneld enjoys the complexity and challenge of Neurology. When he is not at work, Dr. McDaneld enjoys skiing, rafting, hunting and spending time with his wife and kids.
