Sarah M. Stewart, MD

Dr. Stewart approaches healthcare as a partnership with her patients, seeking to improve individual health with medical and preventative recommendations. She appreciates each person as an individual with unique strengths and life stories.Dr. Stewart is clear that her personal faith guides all that she does and finds great joy in serving others through her work as a physician. She loves taking care of women because of her own life experiences as a wife, mother and daughter, and also enjoys taking care of entire families—from children to their parents and grandparents.Dr. Stewart is a native of New Mexico and completed her medical degree at the University of Iowa-Carver College of Medicine. She went on to complete the Montana Family Medicine Residency program in Billings.  Dr. Stewart’s husband grew up in Montana, and the couple is choosing to raise their six children in Big Sky Country. Together they go skiing in the winter, boating during the summer, and enjoy backpacking, hunting and camping. When not in the office, Dr. Stewart also leads worship and praise at her church.
