Ruchika D. Husa, MD

Dr. Ruchika Husa is a cardiologist specializing in cardio-oncology and the treatment of cardiovascular disease in Denver, Colorado. She received a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and a master's degree in medical physiology in Washington D.C. She completed an internship and residency training in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of California, San Diego.

From there, Dr. Husa was an assistant professor at Ohio State University in Columbus where she focused on cardiovascular imaging, and teaching and caring for patients. During this time, she continued researching prevention and improving outcomes of sudden cardiac death. Dr. Husa is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Husa’s clinical interests include cardiovascular imaging, cardiovascular diseases, cardio-oncology, and comprehensive patient care strategies.
