Ina opened Fitness By Ina over 35 years ago to teach, train, and share her love and passion for all things fitness.

We have a team of high-energy certified staff who lead a variety of classes to keep you fit. Our teachers stay on top of all the latest fitness trends and routines so you'll stay challenged and never get bored.


Our sauna, massage therapists, and tanning booth are here for you to relax and unwind after a hard workout.
