As a certified Sleep Sense consultant, I help exhausted and frustrated parents get their babies and toddlers to sleep so they can sleep, too. I provide parents with a personalized expert sleep plan that is easy to follow to get their their babies sleeping.

2 years ago I was a mother of a baby who didn't sleep well. I know what it's like to be sleep deprived. I am passionate about helping families get the sleep they need. Just because you have a baby doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your health and your sleep!

My sleep packages are 2-3 weeks long depending on the child's age and include an initial consultation as well as follow-up phone calls and emails. I also offer bedtime, half-night and overnight sleep support while families start the plan. After working with me, parents have energy, time to spend with each other and happier kids.

I am located in Jackson Hole Wyoming but offer expert sleep consulting services to families around the United States via phone and video conferencing. I will be available to you at the times you need help most getting your baby to sleep.
