All cakes, frostings, pie crust & desserts are made from scratch using the freshest & finest ingredients possible which includes the finest soft winter wheat flour, fresh grade AA eggs, freshly grated carrots & sweet potatoes, pure butter, pure vanilla, and pure cane sugar. All desserts have been made over and over until perfection has been achieved.Although we specialize in old fashioned 9 inch, three layer cakes, we also make great Italian, French, Latin, Jamaican & Caribbean desserts.
