Janaki Kanumilli, MD, is a board-certified family physician serving the Queens neighborhood in New York City.
Dr. Kanumilli began her training in India at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, where she completed medical school and an internship before performing a radiology residency at Nizam’s Institute of Health Sciences.
After moving to New York, Dr. Kanumilli participated in research at several facilities, including NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City, ABK Neurological Associates in Forest Hills, and NYU Winthrop Hospital’s Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship in Mineola. Dr. Kanumilli completed her family practice residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York.

She is certified in medical acupuncture and takes a holistic approach to providing health care.
