Instead of dealing with a lawn service, pool service, pest service, and others we decided it would be less time consuming and less frustrating to deal with one company and have one contact for our multiple home services. We began to search for a company who specialized in total care and had developed a platform for a single person contact, or who specialized in and marketed one source for multiple property needs. We found a few companies that offered similar services, but while they specialized in one specific service and offered others, their goal was not total property management.
