Patricia Fogarty, M.D.

Dr. Fogarty completed medical school in New Zealand, and her internal medicine residency and hospice palliative care fellowship in Portland, Oregon (currently dual board certified). Her skills encompass caring for the geriatric population as well as patients and their families nearing the end of life. Her specialized services include goals of care discussions, advanced care planning, anticipatory guidance, prognostication and symptom management. Dr. Fogarty practices in elderly care facilities (long-term care and assisted living) and provides hospice physician services.
