Mercy LIFE Broad Street

Mercy LIFE provides seniors with the support they need to continue living in their own home or with family while making LIFE simple and safe. For seniors, aging and staying independent is not always easy. Having trouble with daily activities such as cleaning, getting to doctor's appointments, or walking short distances, are common challenges for seniors. The Mercy LIFE services offered at home and in our adult day centers help seniors remain independent, active, and healthy. There are no out-of-pocket charges if participants qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid or Medicaid only. For participants who do not qualify for Medicaid, there is a flat monthly fee.
