In 1986, Barbara began her Real Estate career with Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco with a strong background in marketing and negotiating skills. Barbara was a Top Producer and #1 Agent for this prestigious company. Barbara then joined McGuire Real Estate in 1993 and was consistently a Top Producer. She has been McGuire’s #1 Agent Company-Wide for ten consecutive years.

In 2016-2015 Barbara’s sales exceeded close to $200,000,000 and in 2007, Barbara was recognized by the San Francisco Association of Realtors Ranking Report as San Francisco's #1 Realtor. On 11/11/2006 Barbara was ranked San Francisco's #1 Realtor by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends.
