Tufts Medical Center Community Care, formerly Hallmark Health Medical Associates (HHMA), is a multi-specialty medical group comprised of more than 90 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants providing patient care in north suburban Boston. Our specialties include family and internal medicine, OB/GYN, gastroenterology, endocrinology, surgery, breast health, hematology and oncology, neurology and neurosurgery, and infectious diseases. With more than 20 offices conveniently located in 10 communities, our physicians are affiliated with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, as well as Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston for highly specialized care not available locally.
