Sandia Chiropractic Care is owned & operated by Gretchen Gilbertson DCAPC. Dr. Gilbertson studied for eight years at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota where she received her chiropractic degree in 1988. To become a fully licensed chiropractor, she was required to pass stringent national board examinations as well as the normal state exam. Doctors of chiropractic care must satisfy a demanding academic curriculum that exceeds that of medical doctors in such areas as anatomy, physiology, chemistry, diagnosis, and x-ray, we'll ask you to complete some forms that will provide us the necessary background information to enable us to begin your treatment. Then, Dr. Gretchen will sit down with you to discuss your needs. A medical history will be taken.
