Firefly Family Dentistry

Firefly Family Dentistry has been providing dental care to Wauwatosa families for over 30 years. Wauwatosa translates to "firefly" in the Potawatomi language. We consider ourselves a community-oriented family dental practice and selected the name Firefly Family Dentistry to express our commitment to local families. As Wauwatosa residents ourselves, we value our community and strive to do our part in helping make Wauwatosa vibrant and its families healthy.

Previously owned by Dr. Barry Baumann, DDS, Firefly Family Dentistry was purchased by Matthew Sandberg, DMD in April 2015 under the name Sandberg Modern Dental. After spending over a year getting to know the patients and neighborhood, we are launching a complete practice update and rebranding effort.

Throughout 2016 and into 2017, our entire office was renovated. These renovations allow Dr. Sandberg and staff the ability to provide the highest quality patient care, utilizing cutting edge technology.
