FairHoPe offers palliative care and hospice care, grief counseling and community grief support. FairHoPe is the community partner for end-of-life care located in Lancaster, Ohio serving Central Ohio. Care is provided through our divisions: The Pickering House, Hospice of Fairfield County, Hospice of Hocking County, Hospice of Perry County and The Center of Hope.
