We have recently expanded our premier clinic in Anchorage to accommodate the rehabilitative needs of the industrial athlete. At Denali Physical Therapy we offer a Work Hardening Program;
A highly structured, goal oriented treatment program that improves work related functional abilities. We provide a skilled approach of graded exercise activities and education. It is a 4-6 week program attended 4-8 hours a day. It includes a progressive exercise program, graded job simulation activities, and patient education on injury prevention. It helps participants resume appropriate work behaviors such as attendance and punctuality. We also offer, New Hire and Injured Worker Employment Testing;
We use the WorkSTEPS Employment Testing program. The program complies fully with teh EEOC guidelines for the application of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our services include job analyses, post offer employment testing, upper quadrant (carpal tunnel) tests, fit for duty exam.
