Alian Garay

Dr. Garay is a board certified general surgeon who completed a fellowship in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Garay has nearly 10 years of Bariatric and General Surgical experience. He has lived in Houston, Texas most of his life. Dr. Garay attended elementary, middle and high school in Houston. He was in the military and then graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston. He then graduated medical school from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston before doing residency at the University of Colorado in Denver. He then completed his Bariatric/Minimally Invasive fellowship in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Garay lives in Kingwood with his wife and their two young daughters.
