A former product development specialist, Paul Henneforth is a seasoned and creative-minded businessman who knows what goes into creating a product, the motivations behind it, and the target audience for its purchase. Paul applies his understanding and acumen to the Hamptons housing market. The result is the perfect match of people and property for buyers, sellers and renters alike.

Originally from New England, Paul studied design, product engineering, and interiors at Brooklyn's Pratt Institute. For ten years he headed new product development for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. Paul subsequently designed and developed nine of his own retail stores specializing in leather goods, serigraphs, framing, jewelry and contemporary furniture. Paul manufactured most of his own products, and was recruited by various corporate clients to design and build retail stores nationwide. He next established a design firm in New York City catering to the packaging and design industries.

Paul's love affair with Southampton began years ago, and he has been selling real estate in the Hamptons on a full-time basis for the past decade. An avid sailor and a member of the Southampton Yacht Club, Paul also gives his time to numerous civic organizations, such as the Lions and the Southampton Rotary. He loves the area in which he lives, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with the customers and clients who benefit from the personal attention and quality of service he offers.
