At Femina Careo, double board-certified physician, Dr. Elias Moukarzel, helps women of all ages with their Obstetrics, Gynecology, Urogynecology, and pelvic medicine needs. Dr. Moukarzel graduated magna cum laude as a Phi Beta Kappa Scholar from New York University before attending the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. He completed Urology and OB/GYN residencies at Montefiore Medical Center and Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, affiliates of Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology has accredited Dr. Moukarzel with two board certifications, the first in OB/GYN, and the second in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.

He’s also highly trained in robotic surgery.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Moukarzel has established the minimally invasive robotic surgery program during his tenure as Chief of Staff at El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) and continues to expand it.
