Gracen Property Solutions was founded in 2017. Its parent company is Gracen Marketing that also worked on interior design. In time, Gracen Marketing decided to branch out to furnished rentals.

The founder and owner brings her love for interior design into Gracen Property Solutions. The company wants to offer rentals that are a cut above the usual offerings on the market.

Gracen Property Solutions wants to make its mark with well-appointed apartments that are warm, comfortable and inviting. These are spaces where people can be productive and, at the same time, unwind when their work is done.

When Gracen Property Solutions was starting out, it catered to medical students and those who were undergoing corporate training. Both these groups proved to be great clients for short-term or extended stay rentals.

Short term rentals are spaces that are rented by tenants for less than a year. A variation of this is the extended stay rental, which refers to spaces in hotels or hotel-type apartments that are rented by tenants for less than a year. We also offer weekly living arrangements.

Gracen Property Solutions’ priority is to provide its clients with a comfortable working zone away from home. Their properties are equipped with all the amenities needed for a temporary home.
