I utilize modern diagnostic tools, including infrared thermal imaging, which can help detect potential moisture signatures, insulation deficiencies, and electrical issues. The home inspection services offered are: certified home inspection, commercial inspection, certified radon testing, infrared thermal imaging, WDO inspection (termite), certified mold testing, builders warranty inspection, home maintenance inspection, pool inspection, and home energy audits. Additional inspection services can be arranged including underground storage tank sweep and septic inspections. I encourage my clients to attend the home inspection, as I am also there to educate about the home's systems and components.
