I am the owner of Battle Real Estate and Orange Line Condo and have been practicing real estate since 2003. I was the first hired agent for Century 21 Redwood Realty, a company that now spans 12 offices and over 500 agents. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to give my clients a unique experience with a high level of expertise in our local market, so I’ve made it my mission to know our communities, market trends, and property values so I can keep my finger on the pulse of the market. I have a strong work ethic and pride myself on quality service, extensive high-end marketing and in the end, creating long lasting relationships with my clients through sales results and warm and dedicated personal service.
I have been recognized as a Top Producer through the National Association of Realtors annually since 2005 and have been awarded yearly with Century 21’s Top Agent awards for sales and quality service. I consistently rank in the top 15 producing Century 21 agents in the Mid Atlantic States.

With hundreds of personally closed transactions and hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, I have the experience and knowledge to handle any situation, because I’ve been through it. I have owned my own brokerage and managed agents, I have worked for new homes sales companies and know the intricacies of working with builders, and I have successfully created a brand that is built on a foundation of this knowledge.
