JH Plumbing + Heat

Installation, service and repair of:
Plumbing supply systems in copper and various PEX/plastic piping. Drainage systems in PVC, copper, cast and ABS. Water based heating systems in copper, PEX/plastic and steam.

This includes work on: Baseboard, Radiant or panel heating; moving fixtures, new toilets, changing faucets, freeze up protection and repair, hot water heaters, oil fired boiler cleanings, boiler swaps and installs, smart thermostat installs, etc.

Here are a few exceptions and clarifications:

Drain clogs:
I work with small line, or point of use clogs. I do not free large blockages affecting multiple fixtures.

Gas systems:
I can swap any existing heat or hot water system (and all the various connections) for an equal system; but I do not have a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation a gas tech needs to verify correct sizing and hook up.

Forced air systems:
With very limited exceptions, I do not install these, or make changes. I can service an oil fired burner on an air system.

AC or split systems:
I do not work with condensers.
