You can get all the standard wheel shapes with CBN or diamond abrasives in a variety of resin and hybrid bonds that we’ll optimize for your application. For example, we offer a hybrid (resin-metal) bond for gashing carbide that differs a bit from the hybrid bond that’s best for fluting. Just let us know what you’re grinding and we’ll recommend the right wheel.

Our high precision German grinding wheel adapters from GDS meet or exceed all OEM specs. And because our markup is small you get a great deal! We stock the most commonly used WALTER adapters, plus many of the ANCA and Rollomatic adapters, in the US for immediate delivery. For WALTER electronic parts (pre-FANUC), our pricing is 30-50% less and we stock it! That includes items like Indramat drive amplifiers, personality cards, TFT displays, control panels, and power supplies. We have have parts for the old HMC 150, 200, & 300 controls. All parts are guaranteed for a year. Mechanical parts are also less, though the difference may not be as great and delivery varies. Still, we’re often a much better source for grinding spindles and generally have critical components in stock for WALTER machines, including linear guides, ball screws, bearings, seals, and bellows. We also have a good stock of parts for older “pre-Power” WALTER machines
