Dance By Kris

Our main goal at Dance By Kris is to pass on the enjoyment and enthusiasm that we have to dance. We have been a part of the Cottage Grove community since 1996. We currently offer recreational and competitive dance classes in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, hip hop, musical theater, and more. The art of dance has been a part of life throughout history in storytelling, entertainment, education, enjoyment, and much more. As an art, we will introduce students to the skill and technique involved in dance. Physically, dance will help to improve motor skills, coordination, and flexibility, which is beneficial to any other area of athletic interest. Most importantly, dance will help to build self-esteem, discipline, creativity, and teamwork. We will work to help students grow, develop, and reach their desired potential in dance by providing a safe and fun environment. Please visit our website.
