I provide short-term therapy to patients with anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. By listening nonjudgmentally to my patients' concerns, I help them identify the issues that are most important to them. I work with my patients and their primary care providers. Together, we focus on problem solving and skill building to help reduce their stress and achieve their goals.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing people get better. Empowering patients to make changes and improve their quality of life motivates me to come to work each day!
