BJS Services, Inc. was founded by Marvin and Robin Butcher in 1982. The company originally provided and supplied the interior cleaning needs of local businesses in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. From 1982-1997 BJS Services, Inc. employed over 250 personnel ranking it as one of the largest janitorial companies in North Texas. In 1997, BJS Services, Inc. expanded their services to meet the demands of exterior cleaning needs as well.

Once BJS Services, Inc. was providing comprehensive cleaning services to satisfy both interior and exterior cleaning needs the results immediately caught the attention of property owners, real estate and management companies. This expansion helped the company evolve into a full-service, around-the-clock operation providing power-washing, striping, painting, sandblasting, sweeping and any other cleaning and maintenance needs for commercial, retail and industrial properties. With the company's expansion, the Butcher sons, Chase and Trey, joined the family business and started learning the ins-and-outs of the industry from their father.

Today, Marvin and his sons combined are very knowledgeable and aware of the ever changing industry. They have even perfected their own design of power-washing units that their crews use today. These units are uniquely accommodating for diverse properties and the Butchers continuously work to improve and evolve along with the needs of their clients. In 2015, BJS Services, Inc. furthered their expansion in Dallas and Fort Worth with a new division to provide liquid waste disposal services. As a family-owned-and-operated business, this is an exciting endeavor that the Butchers have been looking forward to for quite some time.
