In 1990 he teamed up with Marketing Expert Judi Gardner & together they built over 5,000 homes in Plainfield & Joliet. We continue the tradition today with 5th generation Leach builder, Master -Carpenter-Builder, Great Leach , (John’s beloved nephew)
