Eduardo Jiménez graduated from Cornell University Law School. He became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2013. He held leadership positions in a large governmental entity for several years and has been in private practice since 2017. The bulk of his services involve criminal defense but he has a general practice capable of serving a wide range of legal needs. Jiménez prides himself on offering personalized legal services in which he deals directly with his clients, rather than expect them to work with any number of intermediaries.

Jiménez also holds a Ph.D. in Spanish literature and is available to translate legal documents from Spanish to English and vice versa. Clients will also find that Jiménez’s rates are affordable and based on a sliding scale reflecting not only the intensity of the services required but also the client’s ability to pay.

His office hours are generally Monday through Friday 1:00pm-5:00 pm, so long as he is not otherwise required to be in court or occupied with offsite business engagements. Appointments may be made on demand and most often he is able to accommodate a first office visit within 72 hours.

In most cases, a relatively small down payment will be enough to engage his services. But please be prepared to make an upfront payment. It is not his policy to begin work with no money down. Payment plans are available for all levels of services from the most basic to the most advanced. He practices in all state courts in Bexar County, Texas, and will also take out-of-county assignments on a case-by-case basis.
