The Herbal Kitchen

It all started with a cup of tea. A co-worker/friend one night after a long case offered to share a cup of tea. I was exhausted and welcomed the aroma of the light colored blend as well as the slightly sweet taste as it filled my insides with warmth. It relaxed me, relieved the tension, restored me. My friend started talking about how not only was this particular tea blend good tasting but it had medicinal properties as well. -- Intrigued; as a child of a farming family and being in the medical field ,I knew this was going to be my next adventure. And it was !! I went back to school learned everything I could and created The Herbal Kitchen !!!
We at the Herbal Kitchen want not only to provide organic herbs and products to the community , but to educate as well. We feel that the more people know about holistic living the healthier happier and safer they will be. Having a background in gardening and the medical field, it is easy to see how the 2 can be combined to compliment each other for the overall health and well being of the body systems.
