Blowtique dry bar + boutique is the Tri-Cities first ever blow dry bar fused with a curated boutique. We are a team of young women, led by twenty-something entrepreneur Deborah Savage. Blowtique dry bar + boutique is adamant in helping ladies look and feel their best. Deborah's vision was to not only offer the Tri-Cities a place for women to be catered to, but to cultivate a community for women by women. As we watch Johnson City blossom and grow everyday, we are grateful to play a role in its prosperity. Blowtique dry bar + boutique believes in the importance of local community.
