Georgia Blair makes all our cakes from scratch using the finest quality ingredients available. Main St. Cakes use Guittard chocolate, local hormone-free dairy, natural flavorings, fair-trade, pesticide-free real vanilla, expeller-pressed non-GMO and trans-fat free oils. We use some organic and locally-grown ingredients. We also offer cupcakes, grooms' cakes and dessert buffets for weddings
