Since 1967, Meadows Optical has been a family-owned and operated optical dispensary that caters to you and your family. Founded by Master Optician Don Meadows, the company continues to offer the quality craftsmanship and personalized customer service that has become our company?s tradition. Mike Meadows joined his father in 1972 and, under his guidance, learned all aspects of the trade before a 2nd location was opened in Shawnee, Kansas. The original store in Overland Park was sold in 2008 and Mike now concentrates on the Shawnee location to better serve customers. The owner and staff of Meadows Optical believe that the most important factor in running a successful business is to sell quality products, thrive on customer service and have the highest respect toward the customer?s needs.
