Maria Victoria Jimenez is the founder and CEO of Tramites USA. She is a legal professional with over 18 years of varied experiences in immigration and real estate law. She has worked as a paralegal and legal associate at multiple Miami-based law firms specializing in immigration and real estate law, including De la Peña Villanueva and Bajandas, and Katz Baron Squitero Faust.

Coming from a family of first-generation immigrants, she began Tramites USA to put a human face to immigration law and to help pro-se clients complete their immigration forms in an honest, efficient, and affordable way.

Maria Victoria Jimenez graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Miami. She is a mother of two and will formalize her legal experience by pursuing her J.D..
