About the Owner: Come say hi to Ruth, the owner and operator of Der Bake Oven. She always had a passion for baked goods since growing up on a farm and coming from a family of bakers. Ruth and the girls all take pride at Der Bake Oven for using the freshest ingredients! Last but certainly not least, Ruth now makes her own home made ice creams, a few flavors are: Blueberry Cheesecake, Coconut Almond Joy, Caramel Mocchiato, Butter Finger Blast, Turtle Treasure just to name a few.
