Frozen Spirals

This ice cream shop is a Thai inspired rolled ice cream shop. The ice cream shop provides an extremely customized treat that is just as mesmerizing to watch as it is to eat. They start by pouring a base mixture onto a metal frozen platter and adding tasty extras like fruit, any sauce or syrup, sprinkles, chocolate chips, mini Oreo's, nuts, marshmallows and more! We then mix it all together and spread it in a thin layer. Next they scrap it up using a spatula into delectable ice cream rolls. The ice cream rolls are then placed vertically in a cup and covered in your chosen toppings.
