The new Chicken Pharm restaurant in Petaluma's historic downtown district puts poultry at the top of the pecking order. Fried-to-order buttermilk chicken, honey & Sriracha chicken wings, spatchcocked chicken, roasted chicken…Petaluma has long been a poultry center and Chef Adam Mali leverages the local bounty to the max. (Our homegrown cuisine includes beef and veggie burgers.) Original sandwiches, small bites, salads, and sides start with locally sourced ingredients cooked up into comfort-food cuisine. Chicken Pharm also serves brunch on Sundays and features draft beers, local wines and cocktails like the Ruffles Feathers. Desserts, too. This casual, family-friendly restaurant is housed in what was the Tuttle Drug Store for decades, hence the "Pharm" name.
