While at Quinnipiac, she was awarded for distinguished academic achievement in Estate and Financial Planning. Attorney Leavitt graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, and from the University of Connecticut with a Master?s Degree in Business Administration. Attorney Leavitt was an associate attorney in a general practice law firm handling real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, family law, and personal injury. She also brings to the Firm extensive commercial real estate experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a real estate investment, development and management company providing strategic planning and oversight to maximize multi-family and commercial real estate portfolio performance. Attorney Leavitt's litigation practice concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, family law, and personal injury. In addition, she will be handling insurance coverage disputes and related litigation, foreclosures, and debt consolidation.
