McGrady Law Firm specializes in personal injury lawsuits. These suits range from automobile accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, truck accidents, oil and gas litigation, criminal law, and commercial litigation. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He has argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Montana Supreme Court. Philip is licensed to practice law in Montana and Alaska.

Philip is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While attending the University of Montana law school, Philip was a member of the National Moot Court Team, he clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson, and also taught first year law students legal research and legal writing. Following graduation, Philip clerked for Superior Court Judge Dan Hensley in Anchorage, Alaska, and then for Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg in Billings, Montana, before joining Edwards Law Firm in 2005. In 2012, Philip McGrady started his own practice.
