YOGALAYAM

In 2005 Michael Glassoff (Narayana) completed the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC) at the Sivananda Ashram in Madurai, India, after which he developed his teaching skills while serving as a full-time staff member in the ashram. He returned to the US in mid 2006 and continued teaching at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Las Angeles while completing his college education. After graduating in 2008, he traveled back to India and served for nine months as the personal aid of Swami Ramaswarupananda, a senior monk in the Sivananda order. With a deeper understanding of service and spiritual living Narayana returned back home to the Bay Area, where he regularly teaches yoga classes in private homes,businesses and yoga centers.
