My intention is to collaborate closely with all of my clients, helping them to move forward and create the changes they desire, whatever the cause. My goal is to find solutions that lead to healthy relationships, improved communication, and greater independence. My practice includes traditional individual, couple, and family psychotherapy. Additionally, I am a certified practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy and hypnosis, which utilize cutting-edge technology in addressing such issues as traumas, fears, depression, anxiety, addictions, and grief. I have further expertise in alternative energy and healing techniques. I also bring to the practice 25 years of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a specialization in sensory integration. I respect the benefits of interdisciplinary care and communication with medical specialists, legal professionals, and alternative providers. I consult with such professionals on behalf of my clients as appropriate to ensure they receive the most comprehensive treatment possible.
