The Reservoir

Established in 2009, The Reservoir was created to celebrate the emerging craft beer market of Vermont and beyond. Additionally, we worked to create a menu that is fresh, creative and local when possible. We are proud to call Waterbury, Vermont our home. Since we opened, we have worked countless hours to create a draft list that is filled with a balance of styles, served fresh and the best beers we can source from Vermont. We are privileged to pour drafts from breweries like Hill Farmstead, Lawson's Finest Liquids, Frost and many more. Our draft list changes daily. Looking for a private space for up to 50 people? Many people don't know about it, but we have a beautiful private event space that can be used for many different purposes. Birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings/parties, holiday parties and more.
